Knock Next Door

Keep Virginia blue, one convo at a time.

Knock Next Door is our fall get-out-the-vote program: get steps in, meet your neighbors, and help them make a plan to vote.

Knock Next Door — get steps in, meet your neighbors, keep Virginia blue
Let's get out the vote

Your street, your neighbors, your time.

The conversation that sticks usually comes from someone who lives nearby. The person knocking in Reston or Vienna can be a neighbor from two streets over — and that tends to make for an easier, friendlier chat.

We're asking for something small: a couple hours, your neighborhood, a couple dozen or so conversations. If you can give one afternoon before November, we'll handle the rest.

How it works
  1. 01

    Submit your info

Fill out the short form — your name, your neighborhood, and how you'd like to help. It takes about a minute, and it's all we need to put you on a block.

  2. 02

Download MiniVan and get your turf list

MiniVan is the free app we use for canvassing. Install it on your phone, sign in/create an account, add your turf list — the households we want you to knock — loads right inside it.

  3. 03

    Receive your literature

Pick up palm cards from a volunteer, or a member of our team drops them at your door. Whichever is easier for you.
